Fee: £23,250 + VAT (Development Phase) and £34,850 + VAT (Delivery Phase) inclusive of travel & disbursements

Brook Rural Museum is entering a pivotal new chapter, having secured initial development funding of £218,000 from The National Lottery Heritage Fund for a project that will help safeguard the Museum’s future. The Museum is now seeking an experienced Capital Project Manager to help shape and lead the project’s Development Phase from September 2026.
