Accessibility

Unfortunately Brook Rural Museum is not fully wheelchair accessible. This is due to the design and nature of our ancient buildings.

Access to the barn is from the street pavement via grass. The floor of the barn is uneven and some passageways are restricted due to the layout of some of the displays.

Access to the oast house is via a grass area. There is a step down into the furnace area. The first floor of the oast house can only be accessed via a steep and narrow staircase.

Access to the stable block and toilets is via a ramp from the car park.
